Terms of Use

The usage rules of this installation of PidioCRM.

1. Who is who

The PidioCRM is open-source software installed and operated by o operador desta instalação, hereinafter the operator. The operator maintains this server, decides how the system is used, and is responsible for the data processed here.

3. Your account

Access is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. Two-step verification is optional and may be required by whoever runs the company. Notify the operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

By using this system, you agree not to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or circumvent unsubscribe requests;
  • use customer data for a purpose different from the one that originated it;
  • attempt to access data belonging to another organization hosted in this installation;
  • violate the terms of connected services, such as the messaging platform's rules.

5. Content and data

AI-generated responses may contain errors. They do not replace human review in decisions involving price, deadlines, health, credit, or legal obligations.

6. Availability and warranties

This system runs on the operator's server and depends on third-party services. The software is distributed "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Interruptions, third-party failures, and data loss beyond the operator's control do not create an obligation to compensate, except where required by law.

7. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may request closure of your account at any time. Terminating access does not automatically delete service records, which follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

The operator may update these terms. Material changes must be communicated before they take effect.

9. Contact

Contact the operator through the organization's own service channels.
